Inspiration from Resource Furniture

This month I'm participating in the Blogging A to Z April Challenge. My theme is Things That Inspire Me.

Ok, the title might seem a little vague. But this is inspirational. Some engineering types at Resource Furniture got together to make this super cool furniture. Like a couch that fits in your pocket. Ok, not that extreme. But the space-saving is real.

They've got coffee tables that get up and become dinner tables. Long thin side boards with legs that swivel and tops that unfold to be a full-sized table. You've seen Murphy beds, cabinets that hide a bed? Well, what about bunk beds that are only 12 inches deep when they're folded up? And desks that you can keep cluttered as it slides under the bed to become the bed's legs?

Watch the video. I think this is inspiration for some space-age world-building in someone's novel!
