A friend posted this video, Julian Treasure: 5 ways to listen better,
on facebook and I found it fascinating. How would we change as people, as writers, if we knew how to listen better? Realistic dialogue? Background noises in our novels? Sounds that would inspire stories? Sounds that would make imaginary worlds reality? Of course I say this as my two-year-old screams to tell me something, proof that I'm not really listening to him even know. Yes, sweetie?
